Privacy policy

Your orders

When you order, we collect the details needed to personalise, print and post your books: the child's name, your photos and handwriting images, the party date, your delivery address and your contact details. Photos are stored privately and are only ever used to make your books. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

Advertising cookies (Meta)

If you accept cookies, we use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) on this site. It records pages you visit and when an order is completed, including the order value in pounds. We use this to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to orders and to improve how those ads are shown. Meta receives this information and processes it under its own terms.

We ask for your consent before this happens in regions that require it, including the UK. If you decline, the Meta Pixel does not load at all.

You can change your choice at any time — open Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page) and choose again. Withdrawing consent stops any further ad measurement straight away.

Your account

If you create an account, we store your email address, your children's birthdays (so we can send a reminder before the big day, if you'd like that) and your order history, so you can see your loyalty progress.

Questions or requests

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw any consent you've given. Just email emma@frankielovesivy.com and we'll sort it.
